Unsolved Mysteries - Mystery at Mile Marker 45

Has anyone watched this episode yet? It's about a teenage girl that mysteriously dies from being hit by a train. An investigation was never properly done because her death was ruled a suicide. But I have so many questions...

Her parents said her shoes were new - were they part of what Tiffany Valiante supposedly fraudulently charged on her friend's credit card? What items did she buy with her friend's credit card? Were her friends questioned? Could they not deduce the type of car that was seen in the deer camera from the headlight so they could figure out if it was a vehicle from the party or if it was someone she knew that could have stopped to pick her up? Was there drama at the party she was attending that no one is mentioning?

Why don't trains have cameras on the front like police patrol cars do on their dash? Then this may not be a mystery if it was caught on tape.

Did she have friends that wanted to hurt her or kill her?

The whole thing is suspicious with her shoes and headband being found 2 miles from her body. And they were placed in a precarious position - it's not like they were flung from a car window as it was passing by. Was someone trying to send a message? Was Tiffany trying to leave a clue as to her abductor? Where was her phone found in relation to the shoes and headband?

If anyone has uncovered more information on this mystery, please chime in. I'm 50/50 on it being a suicide vs. a homicide. What do you think happened?
